Refund policy
All sales are final and cannot be returned/refunded. However, if a ceramic piece is hurt in transit, Feldi Studios will be happy to either replace or refund your item! If your item is damaged, please email feldistudios@gmail.com to initiate a replacement or refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
